Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Redesign Studio, we strive to provide high-quality, creative design services tailored to your brand. Each project is customized and involves creative time, effort, and resources. For this reason, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy.
1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of payment, provided the design work has not yet started.

Once your project is moved to the production stage (after the design brief or confirmation message), cancellations are not eligible for a full refund.
To request a cancellation, contact our support team immediately at support@redesignstudio.in with your order number.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

Duplicate payment made by mistake.

Technical issues resulting in payment but no order confirmation.
Partial refunds may be offered in special cases where delivery has begun but not completed, and the customer chooses not to proceed.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

When the first design draft has been shared.

If the project delay occurs due to incomplete briefs, missing files, or delayed responses from the client.

When dissatisfaction arises due to subjective preferences (e.g., color or layout choice) after design work has been delivered.

When revisions are already in progress or completed.
Our creative services involve human effort and time; hence, full refunds are not possible once design production starts.
4. Revision & Replacement
Every order includes two free revisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
If you are still unhappy after revisions, we will offer alternate design concepts within the same project scope — but refunds will not apply after final design delivery.
5. Delivery Timeline Exceptions
Delivery timelines (24–48 hours) start only after receiving your completed brief and confirmation message.
Saturday and Sunday are considered non-working days and are not included in the turnaround time.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
If eligible, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via Redesign Credits
